Q: How do I send and receive files to you and from you?
A: If you are Interesting in small quantity of Images (1 – 10), you can use our online file transfer service in order to 
send us the photos, and we will send them back to you via email. If you are Interesting in sending and receiving large quantity of large files, like most of our professional customers, you may use our FTP site. In both cases you will have to contact us and we will provide you with a user name and password to login. We can also send and receive large files via online files service.

Q: Is time difference can be a problem?
A: Not at all. We adjust our business hours to fit the customers needs. We are located in Ontario, Canada, but our team is ready to serve customers from the entire world.

Q: Will I get better price for bulk?
A: Yes. Please 
contact us and we can discuss that.

Q: How can I pay you?
A: We receive PayPal (via our website or email money request). Through PayPal, you can use any credit card that you like (Visa, MasterCard, American express, Diners, etc).

Q: When should I pay you?

A: New customers should pay BEFORE we start working on the Images. After we work together for a while, we only charge 50% as a deposit, and the rest after we complete the work.

Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Usually, we complete the work within couple of days, but a big project may take a little longer. Please
 contact us for more details.

Q: I’m already a customer, but lost my user name or password. How can I receive them again?
A: Please send an email to our customer service department (
customerservice@suddenlyisee.ca) with your business details and you will receive an email with your login details.
